This month’s product release scheduled for June 16 improves the timing for imports from Core HR to our talent modules (learning management and performance) and updates the “from” email for several modules.

What's New?

More Frequent Core HR to Talent Imports
Currently, data is imported from Core HR to our talent modules (learning management and performance) once every 24 hours. We are increasing the frequency to once every 4 hours so new hires can be loaded into the talent modules more quickly.

The updated import can now include terminations. If you would like to include terminations in the import please contact your Account Manager.

New Email for Communication from Select Modules

With this release, system-generated emails sent from the following modules will now be labeled from  donotreply@arcoro.com (previously mailer@infinityhr.com).   

• Applicant tracking (ATS) 
• Onboarding 
• Performance management 
• Benefits management 
• Time and Labor 
• Workflows/surveys/wellness campaigns 

What You Need to Do

If you haven’t already done so, you’ll need to add Arcoro to your email whitelist to ensure system-generated emails are not marked as spam.
