Here at Arcoro the only thing we’re more excited about than spring finally arriving is this month’s product release scheduled for May 19.
Customers using Arcoro's Onboarding and Core HR will have an enhanced process for updating new hires in Core HR. These enhancements will streamline the process of sending new hire employee profiles from Onboarding to Core HR. Sending new hire employee profiles will now be quicker, include more information, and require less duplicate entry.

What's New?
New Hire Tile and New Hire Page for Easier Access
The Core HR dashboard is being updated with a new hire tile and new hire page that shows new employees from the Onboarding module. HR admins can now quickly and easily see where new hires are in the process so they can begin assigning workflows and completing employee records.
Documents Completed in the Onboarding Module Available in Core HR
With this release, documents employees complete in the Onboarding module will be automatically available in Core HR and saved to the new employees’ profile once the hiring manager signs off. Some examples include I-9 and Federal and state W-4s.
Pay Rates in Onboarding Port to Core HR
Once the hiring manager completes a new employee’s record, pay information from the Onboarding module will create a pay record in Core HR using pay rate type (hourly or salary), start date and pay rate.
State Tax Information Passes from Onboarding to Core HR
Once a new hire is done with their state W-4 in the Onboarding module and they have been saved in the system with a valid hire date, a state tax record is automatically created in Core HR.
