Last month we disabled the ability to send communications from using an alternate email address in the following Arcoro modules:
- Applicant tracking
- Onboarding
- Performance management
We did this because customers reported being blocked as a result of spam issues.
However, we quickly learned how important the alternate email feature is to customers like you, so our development team sprang into action to bring it back.
Effective May 27 you can begin using the alternate email function again in each of these modules. Access the alternate email function from the admin menu under Account Information.
