Tim Bee serves as the Vice President for Southern Arizona. Prior to joining the ABA, he was the Vice President for Government & Community Relations at the University of Arizona, where he led the offices of Federal, State, City, County, and Tribal Relations and served as an advisor to four University of Arizona Presidents between 2011 and 2018.

Dennis Bielik is a senior executive at HUB and works to build deep relationships with construction clients, strategic partners, financial representatives, and other key groups.  His goal is to serve all construction clients with financial solutions that help them get closer to reaching their goals. 

Carrie has spent over 20 years helping companies to develop sustainable strategies, improve efficiencies, and reduce costs. Carrie focuses on partnerships with key construction associations to align technology solutions with membership needs. 

LV is passionate about helping organizations pioneer custom culture and leadership development opportunities to pave a path for increasing talent retention, accelerating positive employee engagement, and maximizing business success. 

Shelley is Senior Vice President at HUB International with more than 20 years of experience working with employees and employee benefits in the insurance industry with expertise in the areas of both fully insured as well as self-funded programs.

With a rich background in the financial industry, Mercy transitioned to TRENCH-ADE in 2022, bringing her diverse skillset to the forefront of the company's operations. Mercy oversees key departments including Human Resources, I.T., and Accounting, emphasizing TRENCH-ADE's core values in every facet of her leadership. 

Bryan is a 23 year veteran of the HR construction space. Bryan is what you would call a Construction HR enthusiast and enjoys helping contractors overcome HR/People challenges with Software and Services. 

Allison brings 10 years of in-house HR experience of which the last 6 years has been in the construction industry. She currently manages the HR function for a heavy civil general contractor based out of Chandler, AZ with 200+ employees. 

Debra started her career with the Arizona Chapter NECA on August 1, 2001 as the chapter manager.  In 2012, she became the manager of the Oregon Pacific Cascade Chapter in Springfield, Oregon and then returned to Arizona on September 1, 2014.

Ken provides insight into the economy and what it implies for construction and related industries through frequent media interviews, presentations, and the Data DIGest, his weekly one-page e-newsletter that goes to more than 20,000 subscribers.
