Tim Bee
Vice President for Southern Arizona Builders Alliance

Tim Bee serves as the Vice President for Southern Arizona. Prior to joining the ABA, he was the Vice President for Government & Community Relations at the University of Arizona, where he led the offices of Federal, State, City, County, and Tribal Relations and served as an advisor to four University of Arizona Presidents between 2011 and 2018.

Allison brings 10 years of in-house HR experience of which the last 6 years has been in the construction industry. She currently manages the HR function for a heavy civil general contractor based out of Chandler, AZ with 200+ employees. 

 

Debra Margraf

Debra started her career with the Arizona Chapter NECA on August 1, 2001 as the chapter manager.  In 2012, she became the manager of the Oregon Pacific Cascade Chapter in Springfield, Oregon and then returned to Arizona on September 1, 2014.
