President, Arizona Builders Alliance

Tom Dunn is President of the Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA), the Arizona chapter of the Associated General Contractors Building Division (AGC) and the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).

Dunn Joined ABA in 2011 and became the president in 2018. He is currently responsible for the operations management for the statewide association with offices in Tempe and Tucson.

Prior to his current position, Dunn was Vice President for Southern Arizona at ABA, in Tucson. Dunn’s experience includes serving as President of the Board at Marana Health Center, Press Secretary for Tim Bee for Congress and entrepreneurial experience as a mortgage banker for 15 years in Washington State.

Dunn received a BS in Marketing from Oregon State University. His wife, Jane, is a chemo infusion nurse for Banner Health and they have two adult children (Sam and Madison) and three dogs (George, Russell and Tippi).

LV is passionate about helping organizations pioneer custom culture and leadership development opportunities to pave a path for increasing talent retention, accelerating positive employee engagement, and maximizing business success.  His long-term love and high-level involvement in sports has inspired a team centric approach to his leadership style and coaching methodology.  His personal successes, and even more, his personal failures serve as the fertile soil of culture and leadership insights.  LV was born into a Navy family, has lived over the world, graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder, served as the Senior Director of Culture Strategy for Procore Technologies and co-founder of Culture Academy, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Culture & Leadership Consulting with JLL.

Dennis Stejskal has seen all sides of Construction / Real Estate technology.  He has served in Sales, Customer Support, Industry Consulting, Product Management and Product Line Director roles and now Director of Strategy for Sage Construction and Real Estate.  

Since 1979 when Dennis was hired by Timberline Software, he has been involved with all Sage Construction products.  Sage Intacct Construction is the 7th generation of Timberline/Sage Construction software that Dennis has contributed to.  Dennis’s comprehensive product knowledge, understanding of customer/market needs and knowledge of other construction technology solutions have been instrumental in the launch Sage Intacct Construction.

Eric Tucker is a technology strategist who has been building cloud ecosystems for more than a decade. He currently leads integration partnerships for the trades at Procore. In this role, Eric works with market-leaders and startups to bring innovations to specialty contractors.

 Eric has been with Foundation Software since 2014 and is currently the Regional Sales Manager for SafetyHQ. In this role, Eric works with the team to develop new aspects of SafetyHQ, conducting client demos and building solutions to keep construction professionals safe and businesses protected.  

Previously, Eric served as the Operations Manager for Payroll4Construction and then as Foundation’s Market Development Manager - working with software partners across the construction industry to create valuable solutions for customers.  

Eric has developed his industry knowledge attending a number of industry tradeshows, personally visiting client sites to see their issues and working collaboratively to discuss industry needs with numerous construction software partners and organizations.

Taylor Thorn is the CEO and co-founder of AnchoRock Solutions, Inc. He has been involved with AnchoRock since its inception and has led the company's transition from a project management tool into the full-fledged safety and compliance platform it is today. Taylor works directly with AnchoRock’s product and customer success teams to ensure AnchoRock continues to deliver a best-in-class solution and experience to its customer base. Taylor has over 15 years of experience in construction technology, customer engagement, and operations management. He graduated from Santa Clara University with degrees in both Business Administration and Music Performance. Taylor also holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Santa Clara University. In his free time, he enjoys deep sea fishing, working on classic cars, and spending time with his wife and son.

Brian Witt specializes in building the Workforce Management community at Procore and oversees strategic Workforce Management initiatives. Prior to his current role, Brian helped build the LaborChart business; LaborChart was the first Workforce Management platform for construction and was acquired by Procore in 2021. Brian helped identify, define, and establish this new Workforce Management category across construction. Brian’s operational background stems from his time as an Infantry Officer in the US Army. He is an alum of the Construction Science & Management Program at Kansas State University.

Gary Fuchs is a Sr. Workforce Advisor at Procore. Gary has been on the forefront of the Workforce Management initiative; he’s spent the last 30 years developing and refining processes that ultimately became known as Workforce Management. Prior to joining Procore (by way of LaborChart acquisition), Gary was VP of Construction at Westphal & Company, a large contractor located in the Midwest. He started his construction career in 1977 as an Apprentice Electrician. Over 45 years, his roles included: Apprentice, Foreman, Service Manager, Estimator, Project Manager, General Superintendent, and VP of Construction. He and his wife Cheryl are proud parents of three daughters and 10 grandchildren.

As Chief Revenue Officer, John leads the sales and client success teams across the Arcoro organization. With a focus on accelerating and growing Sales & Marketing, he is instrumental in expanding customer acquisition, client relationships and industry-wide partnerships. His vast HCM industry knowledge, vision and client-centric mindset shapes how the Arcoro team relates to clients. John brings over 22 years of experience in the SaaS and HCM space to Arcoro. As Executive Vice President of BirdDogHR, one of Arcoro’s founding companies, John played a key role in developing the vision of Arcoro and communicating this vision to clients and partners. Prior to his roles at BirdDogHR and Arcoro, John was the General Manager and Executive Vice President at Penn Foster Education. He held previous executive leadership positions at SumTotal Systems, a SkillSoft Company and GeoLearning.
